reli hope dat 20th of November come faster...
2day 8 sumthing reached skul for my cheer practise...
but we (i think) 9 or 9 sumthing only started our practise...warm up lor..den strength work lor...strength work all 30 time 2 set..siao..accept for pumping lar...den we do hand stand lor..40 second 2 set...hand gonna break le...lol
den our cheerleading finally has boy team...woohoo
den we practise 2gether...but gt 2 boy thire hand stand no need wall de...geng dao...
as ussual stunts lor..i'm spoting wif yu wen n yang le...our flyer is wei chee n szedey...
after stunts we do thumbling..my thumbling sux lyk hell...need to improve more...T.T
after dat den we cool down...i called my mum when 11 30 but she 12 only reached skul...swt dao
at night having pizza for our dinner...
